A fully equipped service laboratory offers test, repair and maintenance for the products sold by OPTIKON.  Highly specialized personnel trained in electro-optical methods oversee, test and calibrate products and special systems. For service support, you may reach us toll free at 1-866-678-4566.

Calibrations

OPTIKON maintains rigid quality control systems at our facilities allowing us to perform calibrations and re-calibrations traceable to the National Research Council (NRC) or National Institute of Standards and Technology, (NIST) standards of Instruments, Sensors, Light Sources and Light Measuring Systems for the following physical qualities:

• optical power
• radiance and irradiance
• luminance and illuminance
• spectral radiance and spectral irradiance
• chromaticity coordinates
• absolute colour temperature and relative colour temperature
• responsivity
• all derivative calibrations of above
